What to have ready
You don't need anything to call. If you can, a rough size, what's there now (gravel, old concrete, grass), whether a ready-mix truck can get near the spot, whether you're on a city street, a county road or a highway, and whether an HOA reviews exterior work. A photo from the street helps. If it's a sunken slab, a photo of the low spot and where the water goes.
What happens next
We'll set a time to come out — usually within a day or two — measure, look at the drainage and the right-of-way, and leave you an itemized written price good for 30 days, with the permit and its inspections on it. No deposit is due until you've approved the price and we've scheduled the pour.
Slab dropped and it's a trip hazard? Say so when you call — foam lifting can usually be scheduled within days.
